KP Snacks

The Challenge

KP snacks wanted to increase POS activity in 6 London independents. The aim was to increase sales of specific SKU’s, the whole portfolio and have a positive influence on category. Importantly they wanted to measure the activity and results in each store.


The Solution

We collected sales data from the 6 independent retailers. Each store used a different EPOS system which could make managing this data challenging. However through our BASE™ software system we were able to easily and quickly understand the data and deliver a sales report based on the previous year’s product sales, including, sales uplift, ROI and category share and growth.

The Results

Our data reports were able to show and tell a success story which will shape KP Snacks future activity plus generate positive PR communicated to the industry through multiple publications. This has now proven the positive impact of POS in store with potential to roll the campaign out at a national level.
