Account Executive - Full Time
As a Account Executive you will be providing day-to-day administrative support for the Category Director to deliver outstanding in-store advertising campaigns for the UK's leading FMCG Brands and working across multiple Retailers.
Working as a Account Executive for rmi, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including the UK's top FMCG Brands and leading Retailers, as well as; agencies, printers and network partners.
You will be providing specification sheets and timings. Obtain creative, print and production quotes associated with bookings and managing internal requests. Arranging quotes for new channels and adding the database of costs. Liaising with service partners for POS to be printed and delivered, per period, per estate as delivery timings dictate.
Arranging for radio and screen adverts to be produced and delivered, after having obtained sign off from agencies, clients and estates. After which you will be responsible to carry out compliance checks. Building strong relationships with the retailers and other internal departments are fundamental to ensure you can successfully produce and deliver these campaigns.
It is vital that system scheduling is kept up-to-date and in-line with campaigns, this includes; effective communication to Senior Management in regards to new orders, allocating and setting up job bags for new campaigns, follow-up with retailers on approval of media bookings, uploading artwork, creative, signed orders and all relevant assets on our internal systems, ensuring they are scheduled correctly.
Developing and monitoring production costs per campaign, from services provided and possible for up-sell opportunities to allocating PO numbers for costs incurred, invoicing and loading production costs to our internal system for accounts.
Planning & Organisation
You will be required to use our BASE™ software suite to effectively plan and organise your pipeline and campaigns (full training will be given on this award winning system)
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Must have an intermediate understanding of MS office suite, telephone & IT hardware, media scheduling and delivery. Must be numerate with an excellent attention to detail.
It is desirable but not essential to be qualified to degree level ideally with a Marketing/Business Qualification.

25 days per annum + bank holidays
From £20k to £25k pa
